In the middle of last year, HERING AG was assigned to design and build a steam boiler for a big dairy factory in Cameroon. Now the system is installed near the capitol, Douala, and will soon be started up by the HERING commissioning engineers. Apart from the fully insulated steam boiler, Hering AG delivered a bypass, a feed water pump module and the complete safety equipment including a most up-to-date control unit.

The steam boiler produces approximately 900 kg/h of saturated steam at 10 barg and supplies the dairy with steam for their production process.
